Where should I Park?
Parking on Ridge avenue is metered from 8 am to 6 pm daily. Free parking can be located on any side residential street. We encourage parking on side streets as most services are longer then 2 hours. Meters can also be paid via the meter up app.
What Is your response to COVID-19?
Safety is our top priority. For continued safety, we have limited our waiting area and ask that guest call when they arrive . We will let you know when to enter the salon and check you in at the door. You will be required to sanitize your hands, mask wearing is optional. Please let your stylist know if you would like a mask provided and if you would prefer them to wear a mask during your service. We are accepting card only payments at this time. Employees will be sanitizing all chairs, sinks and tools between each guest. Our salon has been recently remodeled for increased social distancing. There is no penalty for contagious illness related cancellations at any time. We ask that you contact the salon via phone or email to inform them if you are sick.
What if I am late?
Things happen! We get it! We will always do our best to accommodate you. If you are running more then ten minutes late, give us a call so we can let you know how we can make it work. If despite our best efforts, we just can't make anything fit, we will need to charge 50% late cancelation fee for the missed appointment.
Do I need to do anything to my hair before my visit?
Don't worry, ALL services include a wash, condition and basic detangling! But some do require additional prep. Please arrive to your color services with clean (stretched if curly) hair. Please arrive to your curly cut ( or curly cut and color) appointment with a fully dry, defined with product wash and go that has not been tied or clipped up in any way. For all other services, no prep is needed!
We understand it may not always be possible to prep your hair prior to your visit. If that's the case, let us know and we we would be happy schedule the time to do it for you. Just select curly cut or color prep when booking. If you just took out braids, or are experiencing matting, please add extreme detangling to your service.

What if I need to cancel?
No problem! Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or make changes to your appointment online. You'll be able to make changes up to 48 hours before your visit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result a late cancelation fee of 50% of the appointment value charged to the card on file. No shows will result in no show fee for the full value the missed appointment charged to the card on file. There Is no penalty for cancellation at any time due to contagious illness.
I'm Traveling from out of state. Can my friend come with me to my appointment?
To provide the best and safest experience for all, we do not allow guests or children who do not have services scheduled.
Can I bring my child For hair care services?
We do not offer services for children at this time. Any teens wishing to visit the salon must have the ability to make their owned decisions regarding styling and after care. They must be able to arrive and stay for the duration for the appointment alone. At this time we do not have any child or teen pricing.
I Changed my mind about my service. Can I change it when I come in?
We reserve your time just for you and unfortunately cannot accept last minute changes. Adding services may run into following guests. Switching to a smaller service same day will be viewed as a last minute cancellation of those services and will result in a 50% cancelation fee.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We understand that unexpected weather changes can cause difficulty making it to your appointment. We take safety and cancellations very seriously. If the need for a weather closure should arise, we will contact you 3 hours before the salon is scheduled to open. If you live outside the philadelphia area and anticipate bad weather near you, please be sure to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We are unable to waive our late cancellation/ no show policy due to inclement weather if the salon will still be open. We will not be able to provide contingency dates for appointments canceled due to inclement weather. Please use the booking website to reschedule based on availability.
